What I got, Gresham Sale Part 2

I hope you are all not tired of hearing about the Gresham Sale. It's kinda a big thing for me and other antiquers around town. We wait for the 2 times a year that Jodi and Glo open the barn up with their treasures. And they are so nice to allow other dealers in on the fun.
here's what I picked up last night.

That big fan thing is part of a windmill. I have an article about it that Glo gave me, but my scanner is not working so I can't scan it. But it's 1/4 of the windmill. There were 4 sections like the one above. It's a real neat piece. The plant stand will be painted white, Love that shopping cart, and the rusty metal hanging planter is great.

This great old metal rose and a metal lantern. There is so much you can do with these old metal lanterns.
I picked this rose up just for me. See how big it is, it's metal and has a great patina.
I'm keeping It and the windmill.


I went up today and sales were still steady and brisk. Lots of stuff left, so come on over Fri and Sat if you can. I had several people inquire about items they saw in the pics. Pre-View night was last night and boy what a wonderful crowd we had. I was able to snap some pictures before the buyers swooped in. But don't worry, there is lots and lots left, so come on out today through Saturday 8-5. See flyer, and map in post below.

Ready, Set, Go---Gresham Barn Sale Starts Tonight

Tyler and Area Locals, The Gresham Barn Sale is this week, I was able to snap some pics on drop off day, and this is only a sample of the great stuff you'll see.






Jodi and Glo will have a HUGE tent for even more fun treasures.

The Barn is filling up, so Be there or be Square.

Shipping Rate codes: The post office has raised it's rates substantially on packages. I will use either USPS or UPS depending on which is cheaper. On larger breakable items I always use UPS.
Rates are generally as follows, Rate codes are numbered.
1)Small paper or cloth items, can usually be sent in an envelope and will be, $3 or less to ship

2)Larger items, that will fit in a flat rate USPS box ( 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8) will be $5.50 to ship.

3)Large or heavy items will be around $8-$12 to ship, depending on size, destination and weight.

4)Books can be sent via Media mail for between $3-$4.
I try to keep it all as inexpensive as possible.
