More Junkmarket News, and Flowers and Friends

Ok, I guess I'm a bit of a "Fanatic Fan" when it comes to the JunkMarket Girls Ki & Sue. And you know about the new book (see 2 posts below). Well Ki has given me permission to dedicate this week's RoboJunker Journal to them and their new book. So be sure to check out RoboJunker.com

and there is even a special message from Ki to my readers on there. Both Projects this week are from them as well as information on upcoming events they are having. So check it out.

Also if you missed seeing Sue on the Today show this morning, you can view a clip of it
here
click the link on the top right of the page to view the clip. It may move tomorrow, but that is where it is right now.

Well I'm moving my booth space to a larger booth. One came available and I decided to take the plunge. I've got a barn full of stuff and no where to display it so there is no way to sell it. So I'm hoping this will be a good move for me. If you don't hear from me for a few days, that is what I'm doing.

I'm also going to be having my BFF visit this weekend and we are going to go on the town's Spring historic home tour on Saturday. Tyler is known for Azaleas in the Spring, and they are starting to pop out all over town. For one month every year, this place is abuzz with tourism and people viewing the beautiful flowers. We even have a section of town know as the Azalea District, with old homes, and beautiful yards, many full of Azaleas. March/April is a beautiful month here in Tyler. The Historical society opens about 7 historic homes for a tour every year, and it's different homes each year, so I am looking forward to seeing the insides of some of our beautiful homes and spending time with my friend.

You know I am a fanatic fan too! I got my book today and have already pored over it several times. I took it with me in the car to read while waiting to pick up kids from various activities (dance, driver's ed.). I may sleep with it Ü. Nice job on your feature with the gals!

Good luck with your larger area, Margo! I know you'll do well! Soon you'll be scouting for similar spaces in nearby towns! Hugs, Sher

Hi, Margo - thanks for stopping by my blog to wish me well. I'm doing a little bit better every day. Just ready for this to be OVER.

I have my copy of the magazine and proudly showed my husband your birdcage. He was SO impressed! Congrats to you! I'll have to check out that new book - bet you'll have yourself a book like Ki and Sue one of these days! Good luck with your bigger booth space - Vickie

I usually don't just run out and buy a new book, but as soon as you showed it the other day I hopped on over to Amazon and ordered it. Wow! It is amazing! Thanks for sharing the information.
