So I hear you wanna know what I got....

Several of you have said that you can't wait to see what I picked up while junkin with Ki. Well I have to say the thing I got the most of, was a good time and lots of pictures. We were looking more than shopping. "Doing research", you might say. I learned it's real hard to do research and shop at the same time. But I did pick up a couple of things in Canton. I must say it's the least buying I think I've ever done.
I got these 5 poker chips. I picked up the A's for me and the C's to sell

And I was looking at this funny wire basket, and before I knew it Kerry had bought it for me.
The dealer said it was an egg basket, but Ki and I think it was a horse muzzle. I added a knob on top and now it's a cloche.

Then on Friday I picked up these metal items at a flea market/junk store just outside Mineola, these are meant as hanging baskets, but I'm thinking more cloche's or lamps, or hanging prisms from them and making them chandies.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this folding stand, but It spoke to me.

And this clock face at Latif's. Its' porcelain.

Believe it or not that is all I got. Kerry said he figured me out. As long as it's not more than $5 I'll buy it. :)

On Saturday I hit a few garage sales and just found this mirror, which I promptly came home and scratched a design into.

And today I picked up this really unassuming game

What could be so cool about it you ask???

All those little cards are letters, and there are lots of them.
And some player cards like these

My favorite is

I'm offering the letter cards for .25c each, you can spell out whatever you'd like.
The cards measure 2.5x1.5 and there are 4 different colors on the back.
The player cards are .50c-1.00 depending on which one you want and how many I have.

I'm thinking they'd be great for scrapbooking, sign making, spelling out messages for holidays or guests, kids names etc.

I love simple stuff like this. And shipping will be only 1.00 to cover paypal fees, and postage.
Just email me if you are interested.

That's all I got, Ki got the Chandelier that I showed you in an older post. She had to be careful, as her truck was full when she got here. Kerry is a good packer though.

Be sure to look at the last post about Jake the Missing Dog. It's real important that he is found soon.
Blessings,
Margo

Lots of great stuff! The cloche is very creative with the door knob on top. Of course! ~Mindy

As always, I love your finds! Whatever that thing is, it makes a wonderful cloche! I have those same letter cards and have used them a lot.

Love that cloche that you made! I agree that it looks like a horse muzzle. Great finds!! Wonder what your "research" is ;)! So sad about your friend's dog, I said a prayer that he'll be found soon!!

Just wanted to say that I have bought several of the small game cards from Margo and I love them!

I bought enough to spell out all of my married kids' last names and they look great matted and framed!

Thanks again, Margo.
