Recently, while working my space at Winnie and Tulula's I spied these beauties.
Gloria said they are grape picking baskets from France. She brought them back from her recent European Buying trip.
Well I fell in love with them, and later thought of the perfect use for one.
I love the side strapping. I can't decide if I want to clear coat it or not. What do you think?
Doesn't it look fabulous for holding fire wood. I know it's August, but Fall and Winter are just around the corner. One can never be too prepared :)
I know I've been a little MIA but life has been getting in the way a bit. I have found some fun treasures and will post them soon. Stay Tuned.

Totally Awesome! GREAT find!
Oh I love those!!! I would leave it as is too. Since it doesn't appear to have flaky lead paint, I wouldn't coat it.
What interesting baskets- very cool. I wouldn't do anything to them, they look great as is!
Great bucket!
