I never seem to know what opportunities will present themselves, just because I'm a junker. Recently a friend of my Son and DIL asked if she could rummage through my barn for some props for a photo shoot. Of course I said "yes", and then began asking about the details of the shoot.
Once I learned it would be inside an historic old building in downtown, I then asked if I could tag along and take some photos for my blog. Of course, being a marketing firm, they said "yes".
The theme is Vintage Meets modern and it was fun to watch these models being turned into vintage office exedutive, then modern, and then back to vintage again.
And there was wonderful architecture to use all around. I supplied the Saturday Evening Post used above.
View from the 10th Floor, while models tried to keep their hats from flying off their heads, during an outdoor scene.
Most of the props I supplied were used in the last shot
The Chair, Globe, clock and intercom all came from my Barn.
Doesn't she look fabulous!
These are just my snaps , but I saw some of the professional photos and they look great.
I like the "old meets new" concept and can't wait to see it in it's final version.
This was so much fun.

How cool! I love the retro meets modern theme too...I kinda like to mix it in my wardrode too, love a good vintage piece.
How fun! Love vintage (even wrote a vintage novel), Love the props. The men look especially good. Were they going for a certain era or just a mishmash old-timey feel? LOVE your typewriter!
