A Simple plant Stand

I love these vintage German Plant stands that I see all over Pinterest. But I don't' think I've ever seen one in person, and they are much too pricey for me.

So when I drove by a resale shop recently, and spotted this beauty sitting outside, I had to make a quick U-turn to check it out,  and for only $10 bucks I had to scoop it up.

I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it, First I sanded and stained the the wood supports, and then masked and taped the heck out of it. Then a few cans of spray paint later I had this...
I think it works great as a fun side table in my mid-century room and I love the colors.

I love what a few cans of spray paint can do to a piece of old furniture.
