My Visit with Kevin May-May Flowers

I can't actually remember when Kevin first emailed me (BTW Kevin is a female), but we hit it off right away. Kevin is a florist with a nice big shop in North Dallas, called May Flowers.
16220 Midway Rd
Addison, TX 75001

Last week I had business in Dallas, and decided to stop by her place. Although Kevin is a florist she also loves junk, and wishes she had time to do something in her shop with her junk.

I'm sorry for the blurryness of some of these pics. I had my camera on "movie" in error.
Kevin had lots of stuff set aside that she wanted to GIVE me and also my friend Alison, another florist. Here is just part of my pile

She also had these great candelabras and I purchased 2 of them.

They look great in my booth, I hope nobody buys them too quickly :)
Florists have the neatest stuff and she had these great columns in her back room.

Thank you Kevin for the great visit and the fun stuff. Sorry I left that one box. I think I want some of those stick votive holders too. My car was full and I couldn't take anything else. I guess I'll need to head to Dallas again soon for another load.
Next blog post will be about my visit to Mindy's place Primitiques-n-Poetry.

Booth Update:
I'm moved in, of course I'll be changing, adding, and editing forever, but I am open for business. Here are some close ups.

I rolled up old music for faux candles. I was inspired by Judy Hill's sale to do that and the bottle display below too.

Planting bottles :)

An old horse muzzle acts as a wall pocket

For more info on where my space is located, see the post below.

Oh how I wish I could come! Do keep us posted with your booth successes. It looks great; I'm sure you'll have to keep filling it up, but then that's the fun part, right?!

I love the candelabras! And I'm thinking you blurred that picture of goodies so we couldn't see exactly what you got! haha Looks like a nice visit. ~Mindy
