Just got Back from a day in Canton

And guess what? I didn't buy any of this stuff :)
That is a great load of junk, but there is no way I could deal with such a load. I did find some fun items, but I found much more on my way TO Canton, by stopping at road side sales. It was a fun day with my hubby. I'm tired, but energized.
Hope you have a great holiday weekend.

Saw a movie last night. The Time Traveler's Wife. I loved the idea of the movie, and it was entertaining. I especially liked the house they lived in. If you watch the movie, pay attention to the charm of their old house, and I love their kitchen island.
As I've said before. You know you are a true junker when you pay as much attention to the props as you do to the movie. I think being a prop-master would be a great job.

That is funny about the props. I've always said I want to be the person who buys/decorates for Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, etc.

We have so many prop masters come to our shop and purchase stuff for the movies filmed in NC! It's so much fun! We had stuff in Leatherheads and in the new Colin Furth movies filmed just last month!!

My heart stopped when I saw you there with that LOAD.... I know a divorce would be in the works if I back a load like that up the drive!! Have a great weekend, Janna

How hard it must be to resist all that cool junk?! But sometimes road-side sales are more fun and cheaper too! Can't wait to see what you found.

So true about looking at the prop details instead of concentrating on the movie, I've always been like that too. I've gotten some great ideas from prop watching while building our own home! Lisa :-)
