Projects all week

As you may or may not know, I'll be gone junkin most of the week. However, that does not mean I don't have treats in store for blog readers. I have several posts queued up to post automatically throughout the week with a new project on each post. So be sure to check back for new posts. Then starting on the 15th I'll be updating you with pictures from my trip to the Junk bonanza, as well as pics of all my finds, and fun times had. Here is an interview Ki did this past weekend on a local TV show. I had a little trouble viewing the whole thing, but was finally able to see it all. Great Job Ki.

Remember those glove forms? See post below.

Well I've put my thinking cap on to come up with 3 different projects for them. The thing I like about these forms is that they are not ceramic. I'm not sure what they are made of, maybe some sort of resin, but they are strong and durable. I'm sure you could even drill through them, although I've not done that. Also they have 2 holes in the bottom part of each one, which makes them easy to mount onto other things.
Today's glove form project is a shelf

What I did was to take 2 of the forms, and I mounted them to a piece of scrap wood, screwing from the back. Then I placed 2 glass shelves on them, use a clear glue to set the shelves in place, and that's it.
For my next glove project I'll be serving up something special, so check back later.
