A Few Recent Finds

I just wanted to share some pics of a few new things I've picked up in the last few weeks.

This is a really cool stool. I love the way the lower step swings out and then back in. And isn't that color great. I think this would be wonderful for plants.
It's currently at my Our Little Corner booth in Noonday.

Love this old ice chest, and that is a whirl-e-gig fan blade section in Red and White.

And this great old ladder

Love this telephone nitche

This is a great old plaster ceiling medallion

This is one of those wooden Wabash Screen door things. Not sure of their purpose, but Ki made a great project out of one in her last book.

this is the back side. It's metal, again, not sure of the purpose of these things.

Tomorrow a project

I am really digging that yellow stool; I've never seen that! Where do you find all your cool stuff? do you have more luck at yard sales or estate sales? All I've been seeing lately are clothes and baby stuff!

I saw one of those screen things at an auction awhile back and wondered about the purpose, also. I really just wanted it becasue I thought the logo on the wooden side was really neat. However, I was outbid! I think the possibilities could be endless!

Wow! I don't know what I love the most. The metal step stool is great - never seen one quite like that. Love the ladder! I also have one of those Wabash boards. As Cheryl said, it goes underneath a woodstove to protect the floor (I guess). I like the metal side, but especially like the graphics on the wood.
