The Incredible Mrs Hill

Judy Hill's home show was today. You've heard me talk about this talented lady before, so I'll jump strait to the goodies. The problem is what to show you, everything was so wonderful. So I decided to show the more unusual things I saw there. Just remember this is just a tip of the iceburg.

First is this wonderful green chippy piece, I just love it and wish I could have taken it home with me.

Let's talk about this bed... The canopy above is an old door or window, with frilly whites and lights dangling from it.
Below the canopy was the bed and it was divine. Golden balls puddle around the pillows. Silver ornaments dangle from the edges of this beautiful white bedding. All for sale.

No surface was undecorated

I loved this very large bucket hung on the wall. It was so big, I kinda didn't see it, then I turned and WOW! What a statement. You can't really judge the size of it, but it was at least 3-4 feet high. For scale, that is a couch below it.

I loved how she accessorized this old aquarium

Old chicken feeders hung by the chimney with care.

This is the chandelier in the dining room. Twigs, and aluminum branches. WOW!

Another use for those old Flea Market Carts.

Need a vase? just find a large spool of twine.

That was just a taste. Tomorrow I'll show how she inspired me to get to work on my own holiday decorating. It was just the thing I needed to get me going.
Check back tomorrow.

AHhh...I have been waiting all day for someone to share pics! I hate how my real job "gets in the way" sometimes! I am not at all surprised by the beautiful things Mrs. Hill has done. Thanks Margo! ~Mindy

Margo, I'm so jealous that I didn't get to go. I didnt' get off work til 3:30 and by then it was too late to get over to Judy's. Maybe in the spring... sigh...

Everything is beautiful! I love the window hanging above the bed - that is so unique. She really has some wonderful ideas!!!

This is really lovely. My favorite is the green chippy piece with all of the white in it. Thanks so much for sharing with us. Does she have a booth at Canton in the Arbors? I think I may have heard of this sale before. Kelly
